I can understand why some people would not like this phone as it is not exactly the most hi-tec phone with all the latest technology, but if you dont want things such as bluetooth and infra-red, but still want a good looking phone, then you have found it.
Good points: Small and stylish, easy to use, good camera, good battery life. I dont mind the phone not having an external screen as it made the phone cheaper and I probably wouldnt really make much use out of one anyway. I bought a usb data cable for this phone and it works really well so I can put all my pictures onto my computer,and plus I got loads of free ringtones included,which also work.
Bad points: The phone sometimes takes blank photos in my pocket because you cant lock the side camera key. Its very annoying to open my phone up and find I have taken 20 odd black pictures.

I bought this phone on 28th May 2005 and I have never regretted it since.
Firstly the two negative features: As another reviewer has stated there is no LCD display on the front of the phone and if I receive a call and open the handset I am instantly connected to the caller, which has proved troublesome at times, as it can be people I do not wish to talk to that I answer the phone to.
Also in my opinion the games already on the phone are rubbish. It's not a big problem, but it was annoying at first considering this is one reason that makes me pick a phone.
These two points aside this phone is of a high standard of quality. The phone is slim, but not too small, unlike some of the other similar models. The keys are difficult to use at first, but within a month you too, like me, can be texting fine without even looking at the handset!
The picture quality of the phone is great, as are alot of the other features, such as the voice recorder, vast photo storage facility and the text storage facility is excellent.
Battery life was a problem with previous phones, but it is not a problem for this (unless you use the camera excessively).
The mirror on the front allows you to photograph yourself, which is great if you are in the slightest bit vain like myself.
The phone is lightweight, but very sturdy (as I have dropped it quite badly a few times), it has also worked fine being used in heavy rain.
This phone is of the same high quality as more expensive models. If you don't mind a phone that doesn't have Infra-red, Bluetooth, a built in MP3 player or a built in video camera, then this is for you. It is relatively basic, but it still boasts some impressive features and if you don't mind a basic phone (I don't), then this is more than ideal.

Easy to use, good battery life (but if you use the camera a lot it drains it pretty quick), Always wanted a clam shell phone and it works well. You can't see whose calling but once you open it up you can! Store loads of texts - great memory capacity.
My only irritations are that the text inbox just lists names on the index page, no indication of date or content.
Also it has a nifty feature to allow you to take a picture without opening the phone - but means sometimes I take a picture inside my pocket and a fairy twangy sound comes from my jeans.
Overall a good phone. Reliable and clear. Much much better than the Panasonic I had before which was prone to crashing.

This phone looks very stylish, with its built in aerial, the main problem is it doesn't have a screen on the front so you can't see who is calling until you open it up! It is good but I wish I'd gone for a phone with blue tooth or infra red. The photo is good quality and it's good that you can move the position of the server, time and date around the screen depending on your background!! The voice recorder quality is pretty bad for recording songs :-)!! You can store up to 220 messages which is gr8 and you can store 1000 contacts in your phone book!! I think the phone is gd for the money!

i bought this phone this morning and so far this phone, is really quote good. The camera could be better i suppose!!!
