5 Reviews for Motorola V525 - Vodafone - Smartstep

Very good phone - 19 Dec 2006

A very nifty phone. Small, light and it also has an awesome design. Now, reading some of the other comments, I don't want you to be put off by the texting and music. All you have to do is press the right cursor (it surrounds the menu button!) and it will instantly move to the next available space when texting. Also, it has bluetooth, i haven't quite worked out how to download music BUT if you link to another bluetooth phone, you can get songs off your mates. Hope this helps...

Best phone ive ever owned - no need to upgrade - 06 Oct 2005

Ive had this phone for over a year and when asked if i wanted to upgrade didnt see the need, the sound quality is excellent and the capacity for music games and photos is stunning, in fact this phone has kept me so content i only recently realised it has bluetooth capabilities (i dont read handbooks!) so i have purchased a bluetooth headset (from amazon, v.good price) so i can get even more out of this amazing bit of technology, ive had many different makes of phone and have to say motorola is superior to all of them - strongly recommended.

Motorola V525 - 23 Nov 2004

I've had the mobile since mid-November 2004, and have so far been very pleased with it. It has a built in camera and polyphonic ringtones, plus Java games. The only thing it doesn't have that I would have liked is MP3 ringtones, but when I put that next to all of the other things it does have, it pales into insignificance. I also enjoy playing Monopoly with my friends on the bus to college, which is a bonus. A great phone!

V525, Fantastic and Flawless - 12 Nov 2004

The v525 is simply a great mobile phone to have. Everything about it soo kinky, or cool. Three of my friends own this and don't regret getting it, and why, coz it's fantastic...

Vodafone live! is great coz you can download real tones, real! Also the list of games you can download is endless. The games on it Monopoly, Stuntman and Star Miner are beyond words, i really love it's cool cover (blue and silver) i think the texting on it is good,(someone said the texting was a nightmare and it took too long) you've just got to have patience. The Motomixer is quite aswell, nice to mix tracks and save them. The camera is just simply astonishing!

P>I know that the mobile phone technology today is heading towards video making cameras, and this one is about to turn obsolete, but the looks and it's features are flawless, so i think it will turn ancient in about 2005, but to any electronics fan, BUY THIS! Well worth the cash £££...

I think it's fantasic and flawless.. See ya later!

Texting nightmare - 01 Sep 2004

I recently brought this phone having read all the reviews on Amazon.Since its arrival I have been really disappointed with it, especially when it come to texting. The texting function is poor in comparison to the basic nokia phone. You have to wait what seems like an eternity before the cursor moves on to the next available space, when typing a letter from the same key.The predictive text is pretty crap as well and always seems to suggest a word that you have never used before.Since owning this phone I text from my old nokia and have about given up in using the Motorola. So my advice is that if you like texting forget this phone and stick to a Nokia.
