When I first saw this phone, I fell in love with it, and bought it straight away. BIG mistake. You should never buy anything if you are in love with it, because you soon fall out of love.
This phone, although slim, is very wide, and very loud. I think the pink is too much. It has good gadgets, is easy to use, and the buttons are very nice, but it runs out of battery quickly and I have to charge it every day when I am sleeping. Although this is not a problem, if I go on a short holiday and am unable to take my charger, it is very annoying.
Also, when there is any kind of sunlight, you cannot see the screen at all, it just looks white.
The camera is average, but I would expect something of higher quality from such a high rated phone.
Altogether, this phone is way old and you can get lots of other better, newer phones for around the same price. Although I do not regret buying it, I really want a new phone.
Cute but has its problems - 29 Dec 2006

I've had my razr for about a year now, and its does work, but as other reviews have commented on, every now and again it goes to a white screen and has to turn itself on again. I've found with mine it does it sometimes if i shut it to quickly, or slam it shut. Another downside is that it can't take videos, and it won't play them if you are sent them by bluetooth. Good side is that you can connect it to the pc and lay your videos there and upload pics.
Also it is easy to see the screen and easy to find your way around. I haven't had to take it back to the shop or anything and so far its doing great (aside from the blackouts).
The battery life isn't great, but only if you use it to make calls, ive found if you don't recieve or make any calls the battery will last about 4-5 days, if you have for example a 20 minute call, the battery life will last maybe 1-2 days.
I use this phone for calls, texts and pictures, not really anything else, but it does have games.
The Bluetooth feature is fantastic, but recently my friend got a brand new Samsung E900 and tried to send a picture, only to find out that when it got to my phone, i couldn't look at it beacause the phone said "file to big to open", so perhaps its a little out of date too.
All Style and No Substance - 03 Aug 2006

For the first four or five months I loved my phone. Stylish and pink it felt good in my hand and looked the business. When the sun came out things began to deteriorate. You can't see anything on the screen on a sunny day. Although I only make a couple of short calls a day and send a couple of texts my phone needs charging about every 36 hours. And now it has developed an annoying habit of flicking to a white screen and switching itself off when I am mid call or trying to pick up a text message. Even on a fully charged battery it switches itself off in my handbag even though it is in the specially designed hot pink case. Not so good when you are expecting a call! Luckily the accessory pack included a little chamois screen cleaner because the screen is constantly covered in finger prints despite my best efforts to keep it clear. The lack of video ability is a bit of a niggle for a phone in this category. Mine has gone back to the manufacturer and I won't be buying another RAZR in a hurry. It was my third Motorola and easily the worst of the three. I can only assume that they market it as a "fashion phone" and don't expect it to last. Beware.

Fantastic phone, couldnt fault it, extremely stylish lovely colour, every girl should have one. People keep going on about it hasent got this and doesnt do that, but to be quite honest a phone is a phone and as long as you can send and recieve text messages, and make and recieve calls thats the main thing, and you might aswell do it in style and thats exactly what the motorola v3 pink has STYLE!!!

Within a few weeks of buying this phone (in black) I found that it often would stop sending or receiving texts and has to be reset to do so. The phone regularly asks me to 'check SIM'. To begin with I could send picture mesages, but now it won't do that either! I've had the phone for about 5 months and it now needs to be charged daily, even though I rarely make or receive calls average about 5 or 6 texts a day!
