Nice Phone, But Where's the Charger - 19 Jan 2008

My daughter purchased the Pink version of this phone using a voucher she got at christmas. Bought as new, sealed box with the relevant stickers on the outer shrink-wrap.

No Charger in the box! Luckily we do have another SE charger that fits but, to be honest, what is the point of a phone without a charger!

Could be a one-off, though, but I'm very disappointed to say the least.

I bought this phone less than a year ago off Amazon. It worked fine for about 8 months but then the screen packed in. Dont buy it !

A neat little phone - 17 Apr 2007

This is a tidy little mobile. It's layout is simple and clear with good shortcuts to key functions.
ie: Using the 4 way navigator button, press...
DOWN for PHONE BOOK
LEFT for WRITE SMS
RIGHT for SET ALARM or
UP as any user defined function.

Battery life is not exceptional. I get around 3-4 days of standby with intermittent use.

The menus are very simple indeed, the screen is bright and the audio quality is clear too.

The text message input is not as speedy as it could be. Even though the buttons are nicely spaced (and brightly lit orange!), they are stiff. Also, when your message creeps over the 160 character barrier, a warning window pops up over your typed message saying that the SMS is now 2 messages long. That isn't really an issue, but if you're texting away at high speed, it's easy to lose a character because one keypress is required to clear the warning popup!!!

Not the best mobile, but it's cheap, small, nicely lit and good looking.

nice phone shame about the phone company - 10 Jan 2007

I bought this phone as a replacement for a broken t-mobile sagem and I was hoping to just swap SIMs (to avoid re-entering phone numbers and losing talk time). Unlike t-mobile and orange that seem to allow the interchange of SIMs, Vodaphone do something to the phone so you have to use their SIM and nobody else's. The phone itself has an awful menu system - the directory of phone numbers is several button presses away. I'll keep the phone in the box and get another one - my talk time balance on the t-mobile makes it worthwhile!
