Nokia 5210 - 20 Sep 2005

This is the ideal phone for anybody active, it's unbreakable. In the 3 years I 've had it, its been dropped, got wet, thrown, driven over and yet it still works as good as the day I got it, though it was even 2nd hand then. The case is now a little worse for wear. The only thing to damage it so far is a bounce out from a dart board, which went through the case. The bad points include a thermometer that doesnt appear right and the message bank, this can only store 10 messages and 1 less for every outbox message you save. All in all, a good phone to have for someone likely to drop it often and people who are active.
a few problems but it got me through - 10 Nov 2004

When i first bought this phone i was really keen. At the time i thought there was no other phone that would be suited to me and my life style (sporty, active and busy). I loved the look of the phone, its 'unbreakable' characteristic was very appealing. I have had the phone for just over a year now, the first few months were ok but i was unfortunate to be one of the nokia victims of the phone freezing on me and having a mind of its own. i then had the hassle of going to the nearest centre that could fix the phone, 5 days later i had it back. things seemed to be better after that and i was please with it. but for the last couple of months the problem has started to come back again, and now it wont let me text properly after the 3rd whole group message.
this phone has got me through the past year but its time for me to get a new one.

i have had this fone for 6 months and it is definately the best i have had ( out of 6 ). working with horses it is handy as it is wipe clean, dust and splash proof. and it bounces and doesn't break if u drop it as i found out wen i dropped it on concrete from about a metre in height.Handy features like timer, the thermometer a bit slow to finalise but kinda useful.clip art fun wen u r bored and the games r great. can change the cover not much choice of colours/designs thou.great clock screensaver. excellent calender feature.infra red ok.good size and i like the masculine look. lol. TOP PHONE!!!!!!

The nokia 5210 is one of Nokias smallest phones, but, i feel it isnt the greatest.
After having one of these phones for about 6 months, i feel that it is a good phone and it does everything you want. But, i didnt like a few features about it. It has a chunky cover on it which is good if you keep on dropping your phone, but, not so great if you like your phone to be much less chunkier, although it is quite a small phone which i was pleased with.
A couple of other things i didnt really like about it were that although it had a thermometer on it, what exactly it was measuring was unclear, because when we had the weather with -2 figures, the phone was reading something like 20.
This phone is good, but there are many other phones that are better and cheaper.
